Privacy Policy & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Data Collection

We collect only what’s strictly necessary:

• Device Data: Device identifiers (ad ID), OS/app version, performance metrics.
• Location Data: With your explicit permission, we access your device’s location solely to power any location-based features you enable (e.g. finding nearby content). We do not share or sell your location; it is used only in-app and can be disabled at any time.

2. Minimal Processing

The only data processed is essential to ensure app functionality. No marketing profiling or behavioral tracking is performed.

3. User Rights & Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time. Upon request, all associated information is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Contact info@writemybio.us to request deletion.

4. Local Storage

We may use local storage on your device (not cookies) for session tokens and preferences. This data stays on your device and is never shared externally.

5. Restrictions on Use

No unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes (fraud, defamation, etc.). Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access.

6. Compliance with Apple App Store

We comply with Apple’s guidelines. By using the app, you agree not to redistribute, reverse-engineer, or infringe third-party rights.

7. License Grant

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, lawful use only. No resale or commercial use without written consent.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We’ll revise the “Effective Date” and notify you. Continued use means you accept the updates.
